Dry Cargo Transportation Services
o Servicing the entire inland river system with dry cargo freight service and third-party towing service.
Liquid Cargo Transportation Services
o Providing customers liquid cargo unit tows, freight service, and towing, shifting, and fleeting service.
Towing Services
o Towing of other parties’ regulation and oversize dry cargo, liquid, deck, and specialty barges, and towboats in the primary operating area between Pittsburgh, PA and Cairo, IL, and tributaries.
Harbor Services
o 5 harbor service locations to support freight service and local deliveries at:
- Clairton, PA (Mon 18.5) – shifting & harbor service in the Lock 2 and Lock 3 pools, fleeting up to 77 regulation dry cargo barges, secure fleeting up to 30 regulation tank barges.
- Pittsburgh, PA (Ohio 0.5) – shifting & harbor service in the Pittsburgh area, Allegheny River, and lower Monongahela River, fleeting up to 90 regulation dry cargo barges, secure fleeting up to 35 regulation tank barges.
- Georgetown, PA (Ohio 38.5) – shifting & harbor service within the New Cumberland, Montgomery, Dashields, and Emsworth pools, fleeting up to 389 regulation barges, secure fleeting up to 52 regulation tank barges, dry cargo cleaning, and cover handling.
- Congo, WV (Ohio 47.5) – shifting & harbor service within the New Cumberland pool, fleeting up to 158 regulation barges, secure fleeting up to 39 regulation tank barges, liquid cargo cleaning, ISE service, and liquid cargo recovery and disposal.
- Wellsburg, WV (Ohio 74.0) – shifting & harbor service within the Pike Island pool, fleeting up to 102 regulation barges, secure fleeting up to 60 regulation tank barges, dry cargo cleaning.\
- Powhatan, OH (Ohio 115.5) – shifting & harbor service within the Willow Island and Hannibal pools, fleeting up to 75 regulation barges, secure fleeting up to 30 regulation tank barges.
- Channelview, TX (Houston SC 385.7) – secure fleeting up to 24 30K tank barges.
Shipyard Repair Services
o All locations – top side repair.
o Underwater dry cargo & vessel repairs at Georgetown.
o Tank barge repairs at Congo.
o Cover repairs at Georgetown.
o Subchapter M consulting/compliance.
Tank Barge & Tankerman Services
o Cleaning and repair, Internal Structural Exams, and Gas free service
o Provide licensed tankermen to load or unload tank barges that are also trained for mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance on 24/7 basis for service at dockside or in a plant.
o Tankerman Service area is currently the Allegheny River, Monongahela River, and Ohio River from Pittsburgh, PA to Louisville, KY.
