Recent News and Events

Recently, CMS has been awarded our largest contract to date, an $18 million design-build project with a major paint company to upfit their manufacturing process. Our involvement spans the entire scope of the 75,000 SQFT manufacturing segment of the building. We are excited to apply our expertise and experience to successfully complete this project for our valued client.

CMS is currently designing the entire manufacturing area with 3D modeling and prefabricating tanks, structures, and piping systems that will be installed later this year. CMS also has subcontracted the electrical and automation portions of the project for the manufacturing upfit. While CMS is self-performing 90% of the mechanical portion of the project, we are happy to lead other trades with our construction management team to deliver a unified solution for our customers.

CMS has also been awarded our 3rd straight year of Platinum status in the ABC STEP Safety Management Program for 2022. Companies that achieve platinum level are 619% safer than the industry average. This projected path puts CMS in a good position to achieve Diamond level status by the end of 2023, something that only a small percentage of contractors can achieve nationally.

Year Complete Mechanical Systems Became a Member of CORBA

CMS has been a CORBA member since 2019.

Why Complete Mechanical Systems Chose to Become a Member of CORBA

Over the past 20 years, CMS had been working along the river with many of the CORBA members designing and installing tanks, piping, and structures for various transloading facilities and other processing plants that rely on the river. It only made sense for CMS to join CORBA since we are a large advocate for river commerce, especially along the Ohio River where most of our partners are located.

Since joining CORBA, CMS has further entrenched themselves by supporting businesses along the river, gaining new partners, and becoming the go-to for everything mechanical. CMS has become an expert in designing and installing transloading process piping, structures, and tanks for seamless transfer of liquids from the river to truck and rail. Through CORBA, we can meet and connect with other business partners with a common goal of supporting river commerce.
